  Cecil was a witness at the wedding of his brother, Albert, in 1928 In a letter to Doris Pleasance dated Mar 6, 1994, Cecil mentions his daughter got divorced but he does not say which one. He also said she had a boy named Roger whose wife's name was Catharine, and their son named Andrew. He said the family name for these individuals was Werner.
